“The owner of the emission source shall ensure the integrity, safety and accessibility of the chimneys in which an examination of air pollutants is required, at all times” (as published in the “Procedure for the examination of air pollutants in the chimney” (2017) by the Ministry of Environmental Protection).
It is also stated in the office procedure that an emission source is required to perform a chimney integrity check once every three years in each chimney.
